- A Reader is entitled to borrow four books
- Books can be borrowed on Production of Identity Card
- Renewal is permitted based on the request
- One time renewal is allowed for documents
- Overdue charges will be collected for late submission of documents
- Two times of Book Cost + Overdue charges will be collected if the document is lost
- Loss of Books and Identity Card should be reported immediately to Library
- All Personal & Issued Library Books should be Kept outside the Library
- Complete Silence should be maintained inside the Library
- Usage of Mobile Phones is restricted inside the Library
- Library Facility should not be misused. Misuse of Library facility is an offence and calls for disciplinary action
